Routine and non-routine maintenance::

It is guaranteed by the internal repair shop of ‘L.A. F.lli Lazzi S.p.A.’, authorized by EVOBUS (SETRA coaches) for the whole territory of Tuscany. Provision of original spare parts, repair and replacement of faulty mechanical, bodywork, electrical, engine and air conditioning parts and equipment and the substitution of tires. All these maintenance services are carried out within the ‘L.A. F.lli Lazzi S.p.A.’ workshop, adjacent to the headquarters of ‘Lazzi Noleggio Pullman’. Routine maintenance with complete servicing certificate every 25.000 km.

On-the-road Assistance::

24 hours a day, with a quick-response mobile repair shop. Courtesy coaches and buses always available. This service is guaranteed by the size of the vehicle fleet of the ‘Lazzi Group’ and by the widespread presence of company facilities all over the territory of Tuscany.

Standards:

Great attention is dedicated to the shifts of our personnel, according to road circulation standards of the European Community (ref.: CEE 3280/85). The driving times and rest times are respected even when our structure is undergoing stress.

Speed:

ll the coaches and buses of our fleet are equipped with a chrono-tachograph, with a speed governor set to a maximum of 100 km/h.

Insurance policy:

All the vehicles are covered by an ‘ASSITALIA’ insurance policy, with ceilings that reach 5,000,000 euro.

After every journey, all the vehicles of ‘Lazzi Noleggio Pullman’ are attentively cleaned and polished on the inside and on the outside.
